Talley Trylon Sculpture

The Talley Trylon sculpture has been commissioned by Friends of the Gallery for the North Carolina State University Gallery of Art & Design.

Throughout the ages, obelisks have been used by numerous cultures to commemorate magnificent moments and fantastic feats in their histories. Pointing to the heavens, this majestic form symbolizes the intrinsic human desire for perfection.

Pictured here is a photo montoge of the sculpture atop a photograph of the Talley Student Center. This image was used in the presentation for this commission to show how the sculpture would look on location.
