Small Mobile with Red Gong

This is the first of a series of wind stimulated "Mobile Gongs" which resonate with wonderful sounds at different intervals. With the use of steel and brass, forged lilypad shapes of different sizes can create a variety of distinctive bell sounds.

These sculptures are particularly appealing to outdoor garden settings and can be made to be self standing or hung on indoor ceilings.
