Heating Furnace for Faceted Balls

This is a view of the gas furnace after loading it with the cut stock material I will be using for the faceted balls. The temperature inside the furnace at this point is just a little over 1000° Fahrenheit. After approximately one hour of continuos heating, the pieces will be closer to the 2400° Fahrenheit required to forge the faceted balls.
