Hot Forging the Faceted Balls

The faceted balls are hot forged from 2 1/2" solid steel and must be heated to approximately 2200° Fahrenheit to allow for the formation of the ball. It takes aproximately 15 minutes of continous beating from Zelda to achieve the individual facets that give the unique hand forged texture these pieces will have.
