Refining the Taper on Fluted Table Legs

As you can see above, the dies have a smooth radiused surface to allow for the radiused taper which is need on these console table legs.	After getting the roughed out taper using Zelda, I had to further refine the texture by doing additional forging on my 25 lb. Little Giant mechanical trip hammer. In fact, since the client wanted a smoother hammer texture on these fluted legs, I had to make a new set of hammer dies for the Little Giant.
