Refining the Taper on Fluted Table Legs

After continuos refinement using the radiused dies, the fluted table leg begins to show the smooth texture created by these dies. This process removes the rough texture from the larger hammer and will give a very nice refined hammer finish to the table legs. Note that pictured here is half of the fluted leg and a second one will be welded on to the end of this one to make the central part of the leg. Faceted balls will then be attached to either end to make a complete leg.
