Completed Medallion - Silver-leaved Sage

The main pedals and pods for this medallion were hot forged using 14 gauge sheet metal. The leaves in the upper center were forged from 5/8" round hot rolled steel to allow enough thickness to set the incised lines which add contrasting texture to the overall softness of this beautiful Silver-leaved Sage plant.
