Forging Scrolls for Console Tables

After starting the scroll over the edge of the anvil, I continue to work the scroll on top of the anvil with light blows while rotating the bar stock. The piece is continually viewed from various angles and appropriate blows are placed to create a smooth gradual curve to form the scroll.
